25 Years of Meybo Bikes: A Milestone of Pride and Success
This year marks a special moment for Meybo Bikes, a company that was founded 25 years ago with a vision and passion for BMX racing. What once started as a modest enterprise has now grown into a renowned brand in BMX racing sport and we look back with pride on the impressive journey we have made together.
During these 25 years we have overcome many challenges, embraced innovations and most importantly: strengthened the relationship with our athletes and dealers. Our dedication to quality, customer satisfaction and technological advancement has helped us build a strong reputation and provide lasting value to everyone involved with our products.
We want to celebrate this special anniversary not only within the company, but also with all those who made this success possible: all Meybo riders, dealers, suppliers and employees. Your support, trust and cooperation have helped us reach this milestone.
That is why we are organizing the Meybo Racing Day on June 28th, which is dedicated to our 25th anniversary and where fun is the main focus. The gates to the BMX track in Erp will open at 11:00 and the competitions will start at 15:00. Around 20:30 the action on the track will convert into a beautiful and great party on the festival grounds!

1. Competition
Where normally the competition day starts early, this time it is different. The Meybo Racing Day starts in the afternoon and continues into the evening.
The competitions are held according to the Dutch format: 3 motos, qualification rounds and finals. Everyone rides in the class as is the case at national level.
Please note, if you are racing (normal group) boys 16 you can register for your own class (16 years) but instead of your age you can also register for the Men 16+ Pro class. You will then compete against the older champions and you will have to ride the pro section... all for the fame and prize money!
For each finalist there is a trophy at the end of the day which will be awarded on the large Meybo Podium. In the Pro Women and Pro Men class there is also prize money to be won. In addition to the standard result of the final you can also win the Holeshot award! This is the rider who arrives first in the first corner, this applies to all age categories!

If you are an former BMX racer you should definitely participate in the Legend Class! Veteran, recently retired, it doesn't matter... all compete in 1 class as before! Enjoy the adrenaline through your body again and show that you are still better than your former rivals. In the Legend Class, all ages and genders ride together, on a 20" or 24".
2. Festival
We are celebrating our 25th anniversary and we are certainly not doing this by ourselves, together with you we are going to party. During the break we will use the festival grounds along the track to create a nice atmosphere between sport and fun. After the award ceremony, the party will start with a DJ and of course lots of dancing.
Everyone is welcome, even if you have never sat on a BMX bike before. So bring your whole family and all your friends, the more people the more fun! We strive to keep the drinks and food costs as low as possible throughout the event.

Registration is possible from 11-04-2025 to 25-06-2025 Too late with registration? Then sign up on the day itself fora n additional 10 euros.
It is our party and so we limit the costs for you as much as possible. You can earn back your registration fee if you participate in the competition on a Meybo bike. When you sign in, you register together with your license and your Meybo bike to receive a casual voucher of 15 euros. You can use this voucher in the Meybo Casual shop on the festival grounds.
All riders receive a goodie bag when registering. Meybo rider or not!
Access to the grounds is completely free, for riders and visitors!
Parking is free and can be done on the lawn along the track.

5. Tent Rental and Team Area
On the terrain within the fences, personal tents are not allowed. For your personal tents we have set up a special team area close to the entrance of the terrain. This is completely free but registration is mandatory and can be done by CLICKING HERE.
We want a unique event where unity and connection are central.
But what is also an option and possibly a much better idea, is to buy/lease a Meybo tent along the track… The cost fort his is 75 Euro and at the end of the day you can take the tent home with you! In the shade or against the rain, at the front of the action and at the end of the day a Meybo tent for a great price! Definitely do so.
Please note that we only have 24 tents available of 3x3m, reservations are highly recommended, click HERE for your registration. See the map with tents below, the numbers indicate the position that corresponds to the number on the reservation page.
6. Camping
Next to the track on the adjacent lawn we have set up a camping site. Booking a camping spot is mandatory, click HERE for your reservation.
The campsite spot costs 10 Euros. Please note that there is no electricity and there are no showers.
The toilets are on the event site, in the evening / at night the toilets are accessible at the last part of the track.

If you are a journalist, photographer, videographer, you are of course very welcome at the Meybo Racing Day in Erp. We kindly request that you register by email, info@meybobikes.com so that we can put you on the list and provide you with a staff vest.
